JEWELLERY CARE

All our jewellery is made from real silver and with 22 carat gold plating. With all the fine things in life we advise you take a little extra care and attention if you want your jewellery to look its best. Dust, perfume and daily wear can make your gem stones and jewels cloudy and dull. Always store your most precious pieces in the boxes provided taking care when putting on and taking off. 

Always put your jewellery on last and try not to apply potions and perfume after you have put your jewellery on. Please ensure you rinse off any chemicals that make contact with your jewellery to avoid build up and will tarnish your jewellery in the long haul.

All prices on the Innaya Heritage Jewellery (UK Pounds) and are inclusive of  VAT.

For customers purchasing outside the UK the final price will be calculated by your card issuer in accordance with the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing your transaction. 

Please note that prices listed on the site or in any printed publications are correct at the time of publication and we reserve the right to amend these without prior notification. 

 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment can be made using most major credit cards such as MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB, we also accept Apple Pay, PayPal and Mobile Pay. 

In addition, we offer to accept payments via bank transfer. Should you wish to use this method of payment please reach out to us via email hello@innayaheritagejewellery.com.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please note that all orders placed on www.innayaheritagejewellery.com will ship directly from Leeds, United Kingdom. Orders are shipped fully insured and securely with either Skynet, DHL or Royal Mail.

For all Non-UK orders local customs may apply, which are not included in the total price.

We offer secure and fast complimentary world wide shipping on all orders over £200 - all orders below will include the relevant shipping fee.

 

Standard delivery times:

UK: 1-2 business days

Europe: 3-5 business days

USA: 5-7 business days

Rest of the world: 5-10 business days.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please read our return policy carefully to ensure you can proceed with your request as quick as possible.

 

All bespoke made to order jewellery is nonrefundable.

If you are not satisfied with your order on arrival please contact the customer care team within 14 days of receiving your order on hello@innayaheritagejewellery.com.

A member of the team will discuss any issues you have with your order.

Returning an item will incur a charge, the charge of original postage will need to be paid by you.

All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided.

Each case will be received and a credit note or replacement can only be made and all credit notes must be used within 12 months of issue.  

Please note any returns/exchanges received after the outside time frame are only accepted under the discretions of Innaya Heritage Jewellery.

To ensure your return is covered by our returns policy and does not encounter a delay, items must be returned using the original packaging provided and from the same country to which they were delivered. Items returned from a different country will incur additional charges or may be delayed by customs. You can return using any secure means but we may not accept liability. 

If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy. You can also choose to receive your refund as a credit note, which will enable you to purchase a replacement item quickly and seamlessly.

The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original packaging may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Before your parcel leaves our studio, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact Customer Care immediately.

All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

ABOUT IHJ

Innaya Heritage Jewellery is an independent jewellery label founded by Mahmuda Syed Hasan in the UK. A passion for heritage and intricate jewellery came at a young age and appreciation for design and detail grew through an interest and hobby.

Today IHJ offers unique handcrafted jewellery pieces inspired by both vintage South Asia and Persia. Quality and luxury are the core attributes to creating one of a kind and limited edition pieces that are initially sketched and then meticulously crafted by our team of specialist artisans in South Asia who pride themselves with great focus in design and detail. 

Above all the aim for IHJ is to maintain the revival of traditional key pieces both in method of handicraft and also in aesthetical quality.

PRIVACY & COOKIES

Your privacy is the highest importance to us, and we promise never to release your personal details to any outside company for mailing or marketing purposes. When you order, we will ask for your name, email, address, delivery address and telephone number - this will be stored in the event we need to get in touch with you in relation to your delivery.

 

Innaya Heritage Jewellery does not store any credit card information.

 

BESPOKE PIECES

With the IHJ MADE TO ORDER service you can get custom pieces, designed and manufactured especially for you.

PROCEDURE:

  1. Email us the name or image from our collection or even a sketch of a piece that you would like us to make, with MADE TO ORDER in the email subject line.

  2. We will send you a quote and time frame to complete the order.

  3. Once you approve, we will send you an Invoice and payment instructions.
